What are the minimum orders for delivery?

We ask that customers order at least five cubic yards of bulk material in order to satisfy our delivery requirements.

Does someone have to be present when you deliver?

While we do prefer that you have someone around for delivery to facilitate any issues that arise, it is not a requirement. We will deliver to you no matter what.

I’d prefer the delivery occurs outside of retail operation hours. Is that possible?

Our last delivery from our office leaves around 1:45 p.m. Please contact us if you are dealing with extenuating circumstances.

Do you only deliver organic products?

Yes, we only deliver organic product because it’s part of our commitment to sustainability.

What are some of the cost efficiencies of bulk delivery orders?

With bulk delivery, you’ll pay less per cubic yard of material ordered—the larger your order, the more you’ll save. Plus, bulk ordering means we’re doing less deliveries, which reduces our shipping and handling costs and passes savings onto customers.
